Everything was muy, muy, muy, muy delicioso! The steak nachos were bottomless, crispy, and juicy. The birria tacos were small but packed with flavor. If you ever want to taste authentic Mexican food at reasonable prices without having to wait long, please come to this wonderful restaurant. You won't be disappointed! I give it two big thumbs up! I will come again soon.
The food is fantastic, the flavor is amazing on all of their dishes and they offer a variety of different options that will fulfill any craving. Dined here 10 times, always a satisfying and fulfilling visit.
Tacos were phenomenal. I tried the chicken tinga. The frozen desserts are a wonderful touch! They are a bit pricey, though, like the frozen mangonada. The churro cheesecake tasted amazing! First time I've ever tried it; I would definitely buy it again when I come back. Birria Quesadilla was alright; it tasted good but I've had better. The consome was not as flavorful as I've had at other places; it was missing the typical "flavor punch". It just tasted like regular soup.
This is one of the best taco shops I've eaten at, hands down. The food was really excellent and the service was fast and effective. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely eat here again.
You can’t find tacos like these anywhere else in the entire east coast. You simply cannot, and even if you try, you will not. They have a wide variety of foods too, not just tacos. Their pozole is also pretty good, and they have tostadas you can always customize. Somewhat wide selection of drinks. Pretty clean restaurant too! Ever since I found out they had an actual building in Kensington out of all neighborhoods, I knew I had to go. I used to walk over to their food truck during a rough spot in my life and there was nothing else to comfort me but their amazing food at the time. That’s a lot of weight to put on a restaurant, and Don Perez couldn’t have held it up better. The food over here is absolutely amazing, and full of flavor. I’ve tried out many taco restaurants in my life and none of them can possibly compare to these. I would literally travel continents if it meant that at the end of that road I can get some of these tacos.
Long-awaited food truck comes to its new brick-and-mortar home in Antique Row. The tacos are just as good as they are at their Georgia Ave food truck and there's so much to enjoy from lengua to fresh al pastor tacos off the trompo. I especially enjoy their carne asada and birria tacos, but why not try them all? So happy this place is in my town and is finally open at last!!

This place is bar far one of the greatest restaurants in the entire DMV area. The atmosphere is nice and cute, the staff and service go above and beyond in anyway they can, and the food? The food is absolute perfection. Special mention to the chicken tinga tacos!
